This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I can tell you how I approach this and hope it helps you. Be very fussy with your initial drawing. Use a grid system and get as much detail in there with light markings. When you do the white hairs you need to use negative drawing..ie you draw around he hairs. Its quite time consuming. I used an 0.3 mechanical pencil with 2B lead so its stays quite sharp, and draw against the direction the hair grows so the line tapers to a point. There is a very good tutorial by an artyist called Mike sibley, you should find him on internet...Also, draw what you see not what you think is there, copy the shapes that are on the reference material rather than what you think is there. Hope this helps Fadi, good luck. Gary
yes, as long as its against a darker background. You use 0.3 because the white hairs are very close at the root. You need to get a taper on teh line at the root of he hair..it takes practice.
i still have a damn problem with lisandros hair tutorial
hope you help me
